You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the digital advertising market.

About the Role

Microsoft is looking for an individual to help build and shape the Microsoft Advertising EMEA Partner Sales team. Do you have experience building high-performing business while driving material value to partners and customers? Do you want to drive business strategy while gaining a deep, end-to-end perspective of the global Microsoft Advertising business? If so, the GPRM team within Microsoft Advertising is the place for you.

As a Partner Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching and exceeding personal sales quota through thoughtful and strategic planning. You will formulate a sales strategy and vision for each partner in the book, build intentional partner relationships that drive revenue, and conduct proactive engagements to develop trusted advisor status, build loyalty, improve business understanding/education, and deepen relationships.

Accountabilities

The Candidate we're looking for

Experience:

  • Several years of search media sales/service experience
  • Consolidated business experience; online media, native or Search Engine Marketing required

Technical skills:

  • Strong experience working in a search sales or customer service environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Power Point

Personal attributes:

  • Relentless focus on the partner experience and ability to develop new relationships with strategic partners based in trust and partnership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization
