Description
We are seeking an Internal Sales Clerk to join our team in Isando, Johannesburg. As an Internal Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for daily receiving and processing of orders, handling queries and providing timeous feedback to customers, following up on urgent and important orders, liaising with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure inter-departmental cooperation and customer satisfaction, and upselling of products to customers based on their chosen items.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum National Senior Certificate, a Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration, and 3-5 years customer service experience, preferably in the lubricants and/or automotive industry. You should also have SAP knowledge and be fluent in written and spoken English.
