About this role
As our Head of Global Supply Chain Planning and S&OP, you will be responsible for leading our 'Planning Excellence' Centre-of-Excellence (CoE) to transition our supply chain towards strategic maturity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the CoE: Build and develop a high-performing Planning Excellence team, setting global standards, governance, and decision rules.
- Master the Planning Cycle: Own the monthly global S&OP / IBP cycle end-to-end, ensuring reliable inputs, clear trade-offs, and documented executive decisions.
- Standardize Methods: Define global standards for demand forecasting (statistical baselines) and supply planning (capacity constraints, inventory policies, and replenishment).
- Drive Transformation: Act as the business owner for the planning tool roadmap, leading the selection, implementation, and adoption of advanced planning systems.
- Scale Innovation: Translate advanced analytics and ML/AI innovations into scalable planning capabilities and measurable performance improvements.
- Enable Growth: Establish a 'single version of the truth' for planning data, ensuring transparency and alignment across Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
What we're looking for
- Expertise: 8–12+ years in Supply Chain Planning (S&OP, Demand, and Supply), ideally within the toys, consumer electronics, or multi-SKU consumer products industries.
- Transformation Track Record: Proven experience building or upgrading S&OP / IBP processes in low-maturity environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep hands-on knowledge of constrained supply planning, scenario management, and the implementation of advanced planning tools (e.g., Anaplan or similar).
- Future-Ready Mindset: Working knowledge of advanced analytics and scaling ML/AI use-cases in an operational environment.
- Leadership & Influence: Strong cross-functional facilitation skills and the ability to drive strategic decisions with senior leadership.
