Description
We are seeking an IT System Administrator (Microsoft) to join our team at ADAM Audio GmbH in Berlin. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the administration and support of our IT applications, as well as the maintenance of our IT equipment in our Berlin office.
You will work closely with our global infrastructure and support team to manage SaaS applications with a Modern Workplace focus (e.g. Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune Mobile Device Management, and Office 365). You will be self-motivated, eager to learn and develop new skills, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing IT support requests by creating, prioritizing, and escalating support tickets
- Collaborating with the UK IT team to develop processes, systems, and applications
- Creating detailed technical documentation and user documentation
- Serving as the primary contact for local IT vendors
- Monitoring local IT security implementation, compliance, and budget planning
- Planning and executing infrastructure migrations (e.g. from on-premises to SharePoint Online)
Requirements:
- Excellent German and English language skills in both written and spoken form
- Ability to communicate technical issues in both languages to non-technical users
- Experience with Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
- Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID security
- Experience with MDM device and configuration management (preferably Microsoft Intune)
- Experience with Windows Desktop and Server
- Troubleshooting of operating system and software
Experience in at least two of the following areas is also required:
- ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Navision, Comarch, Netsuite)
- Network troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, etc.)
- Administration of Confluence & Jira
- Fundament knowledge in PowerShell for automation and administration
- SharePoint implementation, development, and management
- Windows Active Directory
- Zero-Touch Deployment (Autopilot & ABM)
- Deep understanding of Hyper-V and virtualization
- MacOS troubleshooting
- Apple MDM
- SSO/SAML configuration
- KI/Copilot integration and development
- Zero-Trust architecture
