We are looking for highly motivated students pursuing Cost and Management Accounting to join HSBC as interns. This internship provides hands-on exposure to financial planning, cost analysis, and business partnering within a global banking environment. The role offers an opportunity to apply theoretical concepts in a real-world setting while gaining insights into financial decision-making in a large, complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Support in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities Assist in preparation of management reports and financial dashboards Work on variance analysis to identify trends and cost optimisation opportunities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business performance drivers Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within finance Support ad-hoc projects related to financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Eligibility Criteria: Pursuing CMA (Inter/Final) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India Graduation is compulsory Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost management concepts Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of data tools is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
