Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a procedural environment.
Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating the care of Endoscopy patients pre, intra, and post-procedure. You will also assist physicians in operative procedures, maintain and review patients' records, and administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. A Nursing Diploma or ASN is required, with a BSN preferred. You will also need American Heart Association BLS certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire or transfer.
If you have prior Endoscopy nursing experience and national specialty board certification, you will be highly competitive for this role. Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
