Description

As an Account Executive at Stripe, you will drive our future growth engine by building relationships with existing and prospective users, turning them into happy Stripe users.

Your responsibilities will include owning a named account list and developing account plans for winning and expanding business with middle market and enterprise companies. You will also develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities, own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and lead commercial negotiations to increase and retain existing customer revenue and Stripe market share.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization. You should have experience working with upper middle market and enterprise companies and an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will need to be able to work with cross-functional teams, including Partners, Post Sales, Product, and Engineering, to help drive and iterate Stripe's strategy.
