Description
We are seeking a Consumer Operations Associate to join our Mexico City office. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving external user issues, analyzing processes to improve user experience, and working closely with other teams to enhance our product offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a user-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer service or internal/external user-facing operations. You will also be organized, self-motivated, and passionate about finding solutions to user challenges.
