Sales Manager at BlackRock
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for accelerating growth in BlackRock's Wealth advisory business by leading the tele-sales team and taking direct ownership of individual client sales activity. The focus is on generating opportunities, strengthening adviser relationships, and driving adoption of BlackRock's products and technology using CRM tools. The focus market are German independent advisors at start.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of tele-sales professionals, setting clear expectations and driving performance against KPIs.
- Generate sales opportunities through phone-based prospecting and data-driven leads.
- Build adviser relationships to grow sales and increase adoption of BlackRock products and technology.
- Champion effective use of Portfolio 360, CRM, and digital tools.
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge across the team.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management and reporting.

Business Unit Overview
EMEA Wealth Advisory is responsible for selling BlackRock's investment products, solutions, and technology to wealth managers across the region. The Scaled Distribution sales team focuses on independent financial advisers. They use a tech-enabled sales approach, including AI tools and Portfolio 360, to drive commercial growth and deliver high-quality client engagement.
