Crosby Composites are looking for a talented Trainee Composite Laminator at their Brackley office. This role sits at the heart of managing the production areas, supporting the Laminating team to deliver the very best. You'll work directly with the team to develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.

About the Role

As a Trainee Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for laminating and tooling across a broad range of products. You will check information on drawings is clear, check route card instructions are correct, and help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency. You will also keep all equipment maintained, ensure the department is kept clean and tidy, and pay attention to detail.

The Candidate we're looking for

Experience:

• No experience necessary, as you will receive in-depth training.

Technical skills:

• Familiar with pre preg autoclave processes.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings.

Personal attributes:

• Has a passion for the F1 and Automotive industry.
• Has good hand eye co-ordination.
• Can follow written and verbal instructions.
• Someone who is practical and enjoys practical working.
• Has a positive attitude.
• Is a team player.
