Description
We are seeking a National Key Account Manager Wholesale to join our team in Tokyo. You will be responsible for developing and executing key account plans with leading wholesalers and retail partners, negotiating and implementing structured demand and supply terms, and ensuring flawless promotional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Development: Build strong relationships with key accounts, create new business opportunities, and develop and execute key account plans.
- Commercial and Supply Excellence: Negotiate and implement structured demand and supply terms to improve distribution reach and efficiency.
- Execution and Performance Management: Execute plans against targets, deliver on key KPIs, and ensure flawless promotional execution.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure clear communication and alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- Change Leadership: Lead transformation initiatives and drive adoption across stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in the FMCG industry with exposure to sales, marketing, or insights.
- Strong experience in key account management and customer engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to negotiate and deliver commercial results.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with understanding of financials and market trends.
- Fluent Japanese and conversational level English.
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
