Description
Aramco is seeking a Program Manager and Development Advisor to join the Management Development Services Division (MDSD). The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between Aramco participants, contracted universities, and vendors to ensure all programs are conducted to the pristine standards of Aramco's development journeys.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering learning content, curriculum development and innovation, program management excellence, stakeholder engagement and communication, team collaboration and leadership, continuous improvement and evaluation, risk and compliance management, cultural alignment and advisory support, participant engagement and support, and operational oversight and coordination.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in business, preferably with a Master's degree in education or a related field. They should have 6-10 years of experience in leadership programs, program management, project management, and/or curriculum development, with experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.
Additional skills include experience using multiple virtual delivery platforms and their tools, experience using engaging tools and technologies in a learning environment, and the ability to build experience through continuous research of industry channels for developments in learning and identify practices and technologies appropriate to the organization's needs.
