We are seeking a Charge(e) de Clientèle Boutique to join our team at the Circuit de la Sarthe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our official merchandise, services, and the Club de l'ACO to visitors. Your primary mission will be to develop sales and build customer loyalty by establishing trust and quality relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for managing the point of sale, ensuring good commercial practices, and participating in merchandising activities. Additionally, you will contribute to the organisation of thematic events in the boutique and ensure the management of stocks and inventory. Key responsibilities:
- Develop sales and build customer loyalty by establishing trust and quality relationships with clients

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Previous experience in sales or a related field
- Strong commercial spirit and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Fluency in French and English
