Description
We are looking for an adaptable, passionate, and resourceful Project Engineering Manager to join our team. As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of internal engineering products and services, collaborating with cross-functional design teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the development and implementation of internal engineering products and services, collaborating with cross-functional design teams;
- Driving and directing engineering teams in both strategic and tactical activities, including defining IP product roadmaps with R&D and Marketing;
- Identifying required resources to ensure timely project deliverables, and escalating issues proactively;
- Resolving complex engineering challenges using fact-based judgment and analytical skills;
- Managing risk and change throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to delivery;
- Defining, promoting, implementing, and continuously improving team and cross-functional engineering processes and practices;
- Participating in pre- and post-sales support activities with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams;
- Providing regular updates to management and customers on project status and progress.
As a Project Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to accelerate the integration of advanced capabilities into customer SoCs, enhance performance, power, and size efficiency, and drive the delivery of differentiated silicon IP solutions that help customers achieve their unique application requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering project leadership roles, preferably within integrated circuit design and verification, and a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
