Influencer Relations Coordinator (Contract)

We're looking for an Influencer Relations Coordinator to support and scale our creator and influencer ecosystem. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands internet culture, creators, and how content spreads. You'll work closely with the Creator Lead to run the day-to-day operations of the influencer program, from sourcing talent to coordinating partnerships and supporting content execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and identifying creators, influencers, and online communities aligned with Replit
• Supporting outreach and communication with creators (email, DMs, ongoing relationship management)
• Coordinating influencer partnerships end-to-end (briefing, timelines, deliverables, follow-ups)
• Reviewing content for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
• Tracking deliverables, timelines, and campaign logistics across multiple creators
• Supporting negotiations and partnership logistics (rates, scope, usage rights, etc.)
• Maintaining internal systems (creator lists, tracking docs, status updates)

Requirements include:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, influencer/creator partnerships, talent, or social media
• Strong understanding of internet culture and creator ecosystems (TikTok, YouTube, X, Instagram, etc.)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable coordinating externally with creators and internally with teams
• Good judgment on content quality and brand alignment
• Self-starter who can operate independently and learn quickly
