Description
The Training Site Coordinator serves as the operational and administrative backbone of a Saronic training site, ensuring that training programs are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with organisational standards.
This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, scheduling, resources, and communication across training events, supporting both internal and customer-facing programs. The Training Site Coordinator works closely with the Mission Training Manager, Training Operations Manager, instructors, technicians, and training improvement personnel to enable seamless training delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating scheduling of training courses across internal and customer programs
- Maintaining training calendars, resource allocation plans, and instructor schedules
- Ensuring alignment between site-level execution and headquarters training plans
- Tracking course capacity, enrollment, and attendance across training events
- Supporting long-range planning in coordination with the Mission Training Manager and Training Operations Manager
In addition, the Training Site Coordinator will:
- Coordinate all logistics required for training execution, including classrooms, vessels, equipment access, and materials
- Ensure training spaces are prepared, organised, and ready for delivery
- Support setup and teardown activities in coordination with Training Technicians
- Manage on-site flow of training events, including check-in, coordination, and issue escalation
- Maintain site readiness for concurrent or high-tempo training operations
The Training Site Coordinator will also serve as the central coordination point between various stakeholders, including the Mission Training Manager, Training Operations Manager, Lead Instructors, Training Site Technicians, and Training Improvement Specialists.
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, training support, or administrative roles, with strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
