Description
You will be working as a part-time student assistant in the Learning Management team at Porsche. Your tasks will include supporting the conception and organisation of training measures, participating in the processing of internal and external correspondence, and helping to record relevant data in internal learning management systems. You will also be involved in the operational daily business and support special projects for process optimisation. Additionally, you will support the monitoring of the training operation and help with the evaluation of qualification measures.
We are looking for a student with a strong interest in psychology, pedagogy, business administration, computer science, or a similar field. You should have first-hand experience through internships or practical work. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is an advantage. Good English skills are also required. You should be able to work independently and in a structured manner, and have a high level of communication and team skills.
