We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Instructional Designer and Rich Media Expert to design, develop, and optimize impactful learning experiences that drive sales productivity and performance.
This role combines instructional design expertise, multimedia content creation, and deep hands-on experience with Seismic to deliver scalable, data-driven enablement programs for sales and go-to-market teams.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering end-to-end sales enablement courses and learning resources, translating business goals into effective learning journeys, and integrating and leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate content development and optimize learning experiences.
Rich media and content development skills are also essential, including creating engaging videos, interactive presentations, scenario-based learning, and visual job aids.
Seismic enablement platform experience is required, including designing, managing, and optimizing enablement content within Seismic, and providing support to Elastic Seismic platform users.
Measurement and continuous improvement skills are also necessary, including partnering with program owners to define success metrics and KPIs, analyzing usage and performance data, and refining content and learning strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or learning experience design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment, and strong hands-on experience with Seismic as a sales enablement platform.
Experience with video production and editing tools, generative AI, and rapid prototyping tools is also desirable.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $94,300-$149,200 USD, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
