Sales and Service Advisor

We are seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to join our team in Tampico, Mexico. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for improving the customer experience at our branch by providing excellent service and promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers at our branch
• Promote our products and services to existing and potential customers
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer needs and provide solutions to meet their financial goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or sales
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred
