Financial Analyst

You will join the Finance team at Electronic Arts, reporting to the Manager, FP&A. As a Financial Analyst, you will assist the onshore services team in monthly and quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes. You will ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables in advance of Quarterly Business Reviews, MBRs, etc. Your responsibilities will also include discussing plan and forecast numbers, loading them into the system after consulting with business leaders, and reporting actuals, comparing them with plan/latest forecast and providing commentary for major variances.

You will have a keen eye to details, especially in situations where cost reduction is necessary, and make recommendations to the leadership. You will work directly with global business partners and help them with daily finance adhocs. You will create new Power BI reports whenever there is a business team request for new report/info. You will regularly interact with various business partners who are operating from different locations across the globe.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of finance disciplines, including forecasting, planning, and reporting. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting related field, and 3-5 years of related Financial and FP&A experience. You should be highly motivated with an ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities. You should be comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources, and have extreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills that enable clear and concise communication to all levels of the organization. You should be adept in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI is a plus.
