Description
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Shanghai, responsible for selling data center connectivity products to customers in designated regions. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, including internet companies, optical module manufacturers, and fiber optic jumper manufacturers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with data center customers
- Sell data center connectivity products, including fiber optic connectors, high-speed cables, and components
- Design sales plans and manage your own sales performance
- Execute departmental marketing strategies and plans
- Provide sales support to customers and potential customers
- Handle customer complaints independently
- Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Marketing, or related fields
- 5+ years of sales experience in electronic components, such as connectors, cables, and fiber optic connectors
- Strong understanding of the market and customers' needs
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and sales skills
- Strong planning and execution abilities
- Leadership skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Good English language skills
- Proficient in computer operation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industry resource integration and ecosystem collaboration
