Description
Here's your chance to join Porsche.
We're looking for team members to support us from January 1, 2027, as we expand our Porsche Centre Munich South. As a Karosseriebauer (Bodybuilder), you'll work on the bodywork of all Porsche models, from the 911 to the Taycan and Cayenne, to the highest manufacturer standards.
Your tasks will include:
- Carrying out repair and maintenance work on vehicle bodies using state-of-the-art systems
- Conducting independent damage analysis and measuring complex body structures
- Assembling and disassembling vehicle parts, taking into account the specific material mix technologies
- Documenting all work in workshop systems and coordinating closely with service advisors and parts departments
- Installing Porsche Original parts and implementing individual customer wishes to manufacturer standards
You'll also be actively involved in improving working processes within the team.
We're looking for someone with a successful completion of vocational training as a Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbaumechaniker (Body and Vehicle Mechanic) or similar qualification. While Porsche experience is not necessary, your craftsmanship and quality standards are essential. We'll provide the rest.
Optional further training as a Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbauermeister (Body and Vehicle Master Craftsman) is also available.
You should have a secure understanding of modern measuring systems and a solid knowledge of current joining techniques and materials. A high sense of responsibility, a structured approach, and a well-developed technical understanding are also essential.
Team orientation, reliability, and enjoyment of precise craftsmanship are also important qualities for this role.
A valid driving license (Class B) is required.
