Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Development EMEA to join our team in London. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day efforts of an SDR team, lead daily huddles and office hours, and hold weekly 1:1 meetings with each team member. You will also review call recordings, drive sales team culture, and ensure each SDR is managing their MQLs efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling into enterprise data, analytics, or related technology spaces, and 4+ years of prior experience managing a team of SDRs. They will be able to make autonomous decisions, organize and make sense of data, and adapt to changes quickly.
This role requires 25% in-person travel for purposes including new hire onboarding, team and department offsites, customer engagements, and other company events.
