As a Serviceberater, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service and support to external customers
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships
- Actively selling service packages and products
- Coordinating the service business while adhering to Porsche's service standards
- Ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Completed vocational training in the automotive sector and further education as a master or technician
- Certification as a Serviceberater and knowledge of the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation and team skills
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Good English language skills
- Willingness to work on Saturdays
