Our team is responsible for forecasting, planning, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables in advance of Quarterly Business Reviews, MBRs, etc. You will review the plan and forecast numbers, load them into the system after consulting with business leaders, and ensure alignment with business goals on Opex.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Reporting Actuals, comparing them with plan/latest forecast and providing commentary for major variances
- Giving heads-up to leaders with respect to any unforeseen expenses, Risks & Opportunities
- Having a keen eye to details especially in situations where cost reduction is necessary and making recommendations to leadership
- Working directly with global business partners and helping them with daily finance adhocs
- Creating new reports whenever there is a business team request for new report/info
- Regular interaction with various business and finance partners who are operating from different locations across the globe
- Designing and implementing reporting tools to provide further transparency and visibility to enable flexibility in spend and analysis, Drive FP&A Excellence
- Helping peers and interns onboard with sound knowledge on systems, business and process flows to equip them to be independent
- Receiving/providing timely feedback to grow and help grow fellow peers in their roles
- Streamlining and automating processes that will improve accuracy and generate efficiency
- Ensuring the reporting is consistent across all the CDP Functions

Requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: Master of Business Administration in Finance or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting related field
- 8+ years of related Financial and FP&A experience
- Demonstrated passion for learning and growing
- Highly motivated with an ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
- Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources
- Extreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills that enable clear and concise communication to all levels of the organization
- Adept in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI is a plus
