Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Dublin. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and fueling the sales pipeline. You will partner and collaborate closely with members of our Account Executive and Marketing teams to achieve this goal.

Your primary responsibilities will include uncovering and approaching prospects to generate new business opportunities, helping create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory, researching and building new and existing accounts, conducting high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts, and evangelizing Okta and our On-Demand mode.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous prospecting experience, experience in working to sales targets, KPIs or under time pressure, Salesforce.com experience, excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
