Are you ready to turn complex data into the roadmap for Ford's success across Europe? In this role, you won't just report numbers,you'll shape them. As a key partner to the FCSD-E (Ford Customer Service Division – Europe) leadership team, you will translate vehicle parts sales into the strategic insights that drive our business forward.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Telling the story behind the numbers: use your creativity to transform datasets into clear, compelling stories that help our leadership team to develop Ford of Europe part sales strategy.
- Being the bridge between data and people: lead discussions with partners in Operations and Business Units (Accessory, Collision, Wholesale, etc.) to understand their challenges and co-create solutions that make their lives easier.
- Smart solutions: you'll have the freedom to experiment with new ways of database building to ensure our data is reliable, accessible, and high-quality.
- Collaborate and innovate: work within a supportive, agile team where brainstorming and diverse perspectives are encouraged.
- Learn and grow: develop your personal and technical skills by being open to new technologies (AI, programming, Cloud services), learning and applying them in your daily work.
