We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with over 10 years of experience to join our sales team in Bengaluru. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing transformative business plans for key accounts to achieve ambitious sales targets. You will prospect for new business opportunities within your territory and maintain a robust sales pipeline. You will serve as a challenger seller and trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing strategic guidance and insight. You will accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams to support business planning. You will collaborate with marketing and technical teams to drive account-based marketing programs and customer engagement. You will manage account receivables in line with Synopsys' standards and ensure timely payment collections. You will adhere to business ethics and company policies, fostering a culture of integrity and trust. You will travel extensively (up to 50%) to engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, managing large-scale accounts, and collaborating across diverse teams. You will have a deep understanding of strategic account management and be able to navigate complex enterprise environments. You will be a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to complex challenges.
