Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Business Manager to join our team at Rome Airport. As an Assistant Business Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the financial results of the store, supporting the Business Manager in determining sales targets, and demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, promote a positive team culture, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding the financial results of the store to achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators.
- Supporting the Business Manager in determining sales targets for the team and communicating with Retail Artists to agree on sales targets and how to achieve them.
- Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, being a specialist in luxury beauty retail, and showing genuine enthusiasm, commitment, and interest in the business's performance.
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique experience for customers.
- Forming and providing feedback to the team to ensure that Charlotte Tilbury standards are always met, both in terms of service and artistic ability.
- Utilizing every opportunity to take customer service beyond the in-store experience, bringing customer databases to direct marketing opportunities.
- Implementing individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews to encourage feedback and bi-directional learning.
- Creating a positive and collaborative team culture in the store, through meetings and a collaborative management style; recognizing and rewarding performances where necessary.
- Having an entrepreneurial spirit in promoting plans, events, and other activities to achieve greater commercial success.
- Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Attending to personal care standards, inspiring the team to be and feel their best selves.
- Being flexible to work on shifts, including early morning and evening shifts.
Requirements include:
- Experience in retail management.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Commercial acumen.
- Experience in managing people.
