We are seeking a part-time rotating receptionist to provide exceptional welcomes to our guests. As a Heartist®, you will embody our vision of responsible hospitality, making a positive impact on our customers, colleagues, and the environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and escort guests with professionalism and a smile
- Manage check-ins and check-outs
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and Lyon
- Handle reservations and daily reception operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction and comfort
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Part-time availability, Thursday to Sunday
- Autonomous, organized, dynamic, and punctual
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- English proficiency required; additional language skills a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not necessary
Benefits:
- 50% reimbursement of daily transportation costs
Working Hours:
- Evening shifts (15:00-23:18)
- Night shifts (23:00-06:53)
