Description
We are seeking a part-time Receptionist for our Orfea Modane residence, which has 45 rooms. You will work 18 hours a week, from Monday to Sunday, but only 3 days a week. Your shifts will be from 06:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 22:00.
As a Receptionist, you will:
- Welcome clients and manage phone calls
- Handle client arrivals and departures
- Ensure a smooth stay for clients, maintaining good relationships
- Maintain the cleanliness and quality of the establishment
- Provide information and guidance to clients
- Guarantee client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Computer skills are essential for this role
- Experience in hospitality and travel accommodation is required
- You should be punctual, a team player, proactive, versatile, and have good interpersonal skills
