Description
Aramco is seeking a Lead Portfolio Manager to join the Portfolio Management Department (PMD). As a designated shareholder representative, you will be responsible for post-investment value realization, governance oversight, capital efficiency improvement, and performance accountability.
Key responsibilities include continuously assessing portfolio company performance, identifying thesis erosion risks, providing structured shareholder-level perspective, developing and implementing Value Creation Plans (VCPs), establishing measurable financial and operational targets, monitoring implementation rigor, leading periodic value realization reviews, and evaluating liquidity, leverage, covenant compliance, and refinancing risk.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited university, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Direct Industrial Investments, Consultants with experience of designing and implementing value creation plans and turnaround plans, and Investment Banking (restructuring / industrial sector coverage).
