We are seeking a Business Manager to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a Business Manager, you will develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
- Lead product level modeling and analytics
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
- Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences
- Drive step-change improvements in credit performance
- Sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute against the product strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- 3 years of experience performing analysis
- Master's or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 1 year of experience also accepted
- Must pass company assessment
