As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at ibis BH Savassi, you will oversee and execute activities in the food and beverage department, meeting brand standards, stimulating sales, and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise food and beverage activities, distributing tasks and guiding the team
- Monitor restaurant, buffet, and bar operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Conduct briefings and support team development
- Track sales, costs, and indicators to achieve greater profitability
- Participate in menu creation and ensure product and service quality
- Monitor purchasing, suppliers, and merchandise receipt
- Support customer service and provide a great experience
- Maintain area organization, equipment, and safety
Qualifications:
- Ongoing university degree in Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
- Experience in food and beverage
- Knowledge of customer service, service management, and Office Suite
- Good food safety practices
- Pre-intermediate English
Desired qualifications:
- Completed university degree
- Experience in the role
- Knowledge of gastronomy, hospitality, or people management
- Familiarity with bars, wines, kitchen, and restaurant operations
- Intermediate English
