As a Housekeeper at Ibis BH Liberdade, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of our guest rooms and public areas, adhering to the highest standards of quality and brand expectations. Your goal will be to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests, while guaranteeing their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment and cleaning materials correctly.
- Prepare trolleys with necessary items for work.
- Check room equipment functionality and request maintenance when needed.
- Handle lost items according to procedure.
- Share guest preferences to personalise services.
- Embody brand values and participate in service culture initiatives.
- Adopt sustainable practices regarding water, energy, and product usage.
- Perform other tasks as required by the area or hotel.
Requirements:
- Completed primary education.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping procedures.
Preferred qualifications:
- Completed secondary education.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their applications.
- Experience in the field.
Additional information:
- 6x1 shift pattern.
- Working hours: 08:00 - 16:20.
