Description
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Host to join our team at ibis Styles Goiânia Marista, a hotel located in the heart of Goiânia, Brazil.
As a Food and Beverage Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, managing inventory, actively selling menu items, assisting with cleaning and maintenance, and analysing losses during service.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to guests
- Control and replenish restaurant inventory
- Actively sell menu items
- Assist with cleaning and conservation of the environment, utensils, and equipment
- Analyse losses during service
- Provide care and attention during dinner service
- Open and close cash registers
Qualifications:
- Completed secondary education
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Desirable: Course in good food handling practices, basic English, sales skills
- Required profile: Open-minded, customer-oriented, self-confident, communicative, team player, proactive, and initiative-taking
