Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Major team, focusing on manufacturing customers with over 40,000 employees. As an Account Executive, you will build relationships with key stakeholders, design long-term account strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver cloud transformation solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build trust with customers' executive officers and key stakeholders
- Develop long-term account strategies based on customers' goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reflect customers' needs in account planning
- Understand customers' businesses, propose specific goals, and provide Zscaler solutions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or SaaS industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strategic sales experience, including engagement with corporate customers and sales to executive officers
- Business-level Japanese language skills
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML technology and experience with AI-driven solutions

- Established network with existing or prospective customers
- Deep understanding of customers' objectives and challenges, as well as digital transformation using technology
- Knowledge of strategic sales planning and experience acquiring new customers
- Experience with AI-powered sales intelligence, predictive analytics, or conversational AI platforms
