Description
We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales, Canada to drive regional growth through the acquisition of new commercial customer accounts. You will apply advanced knowledge of products, market trends, and prospect needs to develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
You will identify prospective commercial customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients. You will also contact new commercial customers to discuss their needs, emphasize product features, and answer prospect inquiries about our products. Additionally, you will negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain contact lists.
Essential Functions
You will lead regional commercial account initiatives to achieve significant revenue growth, conduct high-level prospective client presentations, and guide team members in executing new account strategies. You will also analyze regional performance metrics, travel domestically for prospect meetings, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
You will have proven success in enterprise technology or software sales, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated leadership skills, and excellent communication and influence skills.
Education and Experience Requirements
You will have a Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 8 years of experience in technology or software sales, and a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
AI & Operational Fluency
You will utilize company-approved GenAI tools, exercise critical judgment as the "Human-in-the-Loop," ensure data governance, and demonstrate prompt competency.
