Salesforce Digital Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced quota-carrying sales executive who can work both as part of a broader Account Team and as an Individual Contributor driving self-generated sales opportunities focused on the full Salesforce Digital technology stack.

Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert when it comes to Italian Public Sector and Education customers leveraging Salesforce Digital solutions within their organization
• Educate the broader Account team you’ll work with on all Salesforce Digital technology capabilities
• Collaborate with the Account and Territory team to identify target accounts and build compelling use cases and demonstration scenarios
• Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting into current Salesforce customers, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
• Own the sales cycle for the entire Salesforce Digital technology stack - including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and assistance with deal closure
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales, with a proven track record of quota attainment as both an Individual Contributor and team player
• Demonstrated ability to sell to C-level executives
• Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, with the ability to build a clear and compelling narrative for Italian Public Sector and Education customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment in high-growth mode
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Fluent in Italian and English, with the right to work in Italy

The typical base salary range for this position is EUR 71.000 to EUR 95,000 annually.
