Specialist Customer Service

We are seeking a Specialist Customer Service to join our team. As a Specialist Customer Service, you will ensure that our customers remain operational. With your experience, you will independently manage exchange, repair, and service orders, maintain our processes, and identify areas for improvement. You will play a key role in our After-Sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Process national and international customer and service orders independently and within deadlines
• Coordinate returns, repairs, product exchanges, and credits
• Serve as a contact point for customer inquiries regarding products, prices, terms, and delivery times
• Collaborate closely with Service, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Manage orders in the ERP system, ensuring efficient order processing
• Create work instructions and support continuous improvement of our service processes
• Analyse key performance indicators and reports, deriving optimisation measures with your supervisor

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training or business studies
• Professional experience in Customer Service, After-Sales, Order Management, or Sales Administration
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Enjoyment in questioning and continuously improving processes
• Excellent German and good English language skills
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (e.g., IFS)
