We are seeking a Damage Claims Specialist to join our Real Estate team in Frankfurt am Main. As a Damage Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing damage claims from notification to settlement, coordinating with all parties involved, and ensuring efficient and customer-oriented processing.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing damage claims in the Real Estate sector
- Providing expert advice and support to customers in the event of damage
- Collaborating with customers, insurers, and experts to resolve claims efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
- Insurance-related training or certification (e.g. Insurance Specialist, Insurance Manager)
- Initial professional experience in a related field
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Team player with a proactive approach
