Communications Manager

The AI Activation team at Cisco seeks a Communications Manager to accelerate AI adoption across Cisco's global workforce. The successful candidate will develop and execute scalable programs, learning experiences, and activation strategies that build employee capabilities, drive behavior change, and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute scalable programs, learning experiences, and activation strategies
• Partner with enterprise AI product and UX teams, Learning & Development, global communications, and business units to align efforts
• Design repeatable activation programs, events, toolkits, workshops, and self-service resources
• Partner with enterprise learning teams to align enablement initiatives with technology capabilities and employee needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in strategic communications, enterprise program management, or organizational transformation
• Strong understanding of generative AI, AI agents, and workflow automation
• Proven track record of independently developing and executing cross-functional programs at an enterprise scale
• Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience within a large, complex organization
• Experience driving AI adoption or leading large-scale digital transformation efforts
• Demonstrated success in building repeatable and scalable activation models
• Proven ability to measure program success by analyzing employee adoption data and behavioral changes

Salary Range: $135,100.00 - $171,400.00
