Description
We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and developing your skills in sales, customer service, and brand management. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our brand and products
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
- Obtain all necessary tools to execute daily plans
- Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, and merchandising to drive sales business
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
