We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Trainee role involves various key areas:
- Training: You will undergo comprehensive training to develop your skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Business Acumen: You will learn about Red Bull's products, brand, and distribution processes, and understand how to build and protect the brand.
- Daily Preparation: You will prepare for daily sales activities, communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers, and obtain necessary tools and insights.
- In-Route Support: You will support Account Sales Managers on their routes, cover their routes as needed, and focus on meeting daily KPIs in areas such as sales, distribution, and merchandising.
- Off-Route Support: You will assist the team with audits, merchandising, and building displays to drive sales.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards
- Obtainment of DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage

Salary:
- The base salary range for this position is $21.62 to $23.96 per hour
- Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience
