Description
As a Sales Representative at 3M, you will achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory.
The position is intended for individuals experienced in sales who have demonstrated effective use of selling skills and have consistently achieved or exceeded forecast over a sustained period of time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sales territory with periodic supervision and assistance
- Requesting or receiving assistance in handling situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge as needed
