Responsibilities
- Prepare for customer appointments based on customer files, PIWIS records, and histories
- Research the reason for the customer's visit, customer wishes, and potential issues
- Conduct dialogue acceptance
- Inform customers about necessary work on their vehicles
- Actively sell service offerings, parts, and vehicles
- Create written cost estimates
- Calculate offers
- Prepare and update workshop orders
- Coordinate the allocation of replacement vehicles and service loaners for customers
- Inform customers about additional repairs or changes to repair orders
- Inform customers about any changes to appointments
- Explain the work carried out on the vehicle
- Handle complaints and process them professionally
- Ensure error-free appointment planning, including customer mobility
- Foster collaboration with other departments within the Porsche Centre
- Ensure adherence to all Porsche service standards
- Update customer data, service appointments, etc., in the C@P customer database
- Continuously develop knowledge of all Porsche products, services, and processes
- Coordinate workshop utilisation with the workshop manager
- Ensure a seamless and professional service experience for customers
Requirements
- Completed technical and/or commercial training
- A friendly demeanour, high reliability, flexibility, and above-average willingness to work
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to quickly understand complex tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Experience in the after-sales sector desirable
- Class B driving licence
