Description
Salesforce is seeking a Salesforce Digital Account Executive to work with Italian Public Sector and Education prospects and customers to evangelize digital platform solutions. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor who can work both as part of a broader Account Team and as an Individual Contributor driving self-generated sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert when it comes to Italian Public Sector and Education customers leveraging Salesforce Digital solutions within their organization
- Educate the broader Account team on all Salesforce Digital technology capabilities
- Collaborate with the Account and Territory team to identify target accounts and build compelling use cases and demonstration scenarios
- Generate business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting into current Salesforce customers, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
- Own the sales cycle for the entire Salesforce Digital technology stack - including lead generation, deal strategy, pricing and packaging, and assistance with deal closure
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales, with a proven track record of quota attainment as both an Individual Contributor and team player
- Demonstrated ability to sell to C-level executives
- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, with the ability to build a clear and compelling narrative for Italian Public Sector and Education customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment in high-growth mode
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Fluent in Italian and English, with the right to work in Italy
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience selling Digital technology solutions (e.g. marketing automation platforms)
- Prior experience selling to Italian Public Sector and/or Education customers
The typical base salary range for this position is EUR 57,950 to EUR 77,500 annually.
