Description
As a Technology Analyst apprentice at Barclays, you'll participate in the day-to-day operations of the technology function, working across a range of technology capabilities for customers and colleagues.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Participating in the design and innovation of products using the newest technologies
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the business to understand their needs and convey them to the broader development team
- Developing change and innovative solutions
- Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing with peers
As an analyst, you will:
- Meet the needs of stakeholders/customers through operational excellence and customer service
- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard
- Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures, collaborating with and impacting on the work of team members
- Identify escalation of policy breaches as required
- Take responsibility for customer service and operational execution tasks
- Manage risk and strengthen controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to

In return, you'll receive a salary of £25,200 per year, plus benefits. You'll also have the opportunity to earn whilst working towards a Digital & Technology Solutions Professional Degree Apprenticeship, a perfect blend of theoretical learning and real-life practical work.
