Description
We're seeking a Consumer Growth, Strategy Manager to join our Market Growth team within EMEA Consumer Strategy & Operations. As a growth partner to Italy's General Manager, you'll define priority cities, build playbooks to win, and programme manage delivery with the local management team.
Strategy & Insight
- Help define priority cities and formulate plans to grow in those cities
- Understand Italian consumer behaviours and needs to influence Product roadmaps
- Carry learnings from EMEA and the US into the market
Performance & Planning
- Co-own Italy's consumer growth metrics and partner with Analytics to diagnose performance drivers
- Support the GM in annual and quarterly planning, defining strategy and setting goals
Execution & Delivery
- Programme-manage growth plans and support the local team to deliver them
- Develop structured execution plans and drive alignment across stakeholders
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- 5-10 years in strategy, consulting, business operations, or a growth-related role in a tech or consumer business
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with clear communication and influencing abilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive structure, clarity, and progress in complex environments
Compensation
- The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range of €56,800-€90,000 EUR.
