Description
We are seeking a Technical Lead - VP to join our team in Pune, India. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and unit testing software applications. You will work in an Agile development environment and ensure that high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software applications are delivered to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and discuss your own solution for addressing user stories and tasks
- Drive the technical team
- Develop and unit-test, integrate, deploy, maintain, and improve software
- Perform peer code review
- Actively participate in sprint activities and ceremonies
- Apply continuous integration best practices
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve Sprint objectives
- Report progress/update Agile team management tools
- Manage individual task priorities and deliverables
- Responsible for quality of solutions provided
- Contribute to planning and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques
- Solution design and development experience for at least 5 years in PySpark and GCP
- Experience with PySpark, Bigquery, Dataproc, Composer, Terraform, Cloud SQL, and Cloud development
- Practical and applied knowledge of design patterns
- Hands-on experience working with APIs and microservices
- Experience with development platforms such as OpenShift/Kubernetes/Docker configuration and deployment with DevOps tools
- Strong experience with software design patterns and UML design
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM environment
- Familiar with Agile Team management tools
- Good communication skills
- Pro-active team player
- Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Unix, Java, and SAS Mainframe
- German Language skills
- Knowledge in Data warehouse Management
- Knowledge in the field of banking regulation
